Music Profile: Yerba Buena

Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights was really an awful movie. In fact, I can go so far as to say it had only one redeeming feature: the soundtrack. The song that really caught my musical imagination was "Guajira, I Love U 2 Much". I liked the song so much, especially when I heard it again on Commander in Chief, that I spent hours on the internet trying to find the group that recorded the track.

The search string "I Love U 2 Much" wasn't easy to pin down, but it was well worth the time to discover the infectious Afro-Cuban, funk, hip-hop sound of this exciting and unique group of musicians. If you haven't heard them before, you're in for a treat.
