Asi Soy Yo (Just As I Am) is the debut album of Dominican-born, Bronx native Anais. Last month, the album's break-out single "Lo Que Son Las Cosas" ("How Are Things") reached the No. 1 spot on Billboard's Hot Latin Tracks. But - who is Anais?

Several million Spanish speaking viewers sure know who Anais is. They voted for her as she sang her way to victory in the second annual Objetivo Fama telecast, an American Idol type reality talent contest broadcast on the TeleFutura Network.

I have a feeling that we will all know who she is in the near future.
