Top Ten Women in Latin Music

We're coming to the end of Women's History Month so I've been thinking about women in Latin music. Here's a list of what I think are the top ten most influential women in Latin music, and I picked one for each of ten genres.

In some areas, the choice seemed obvious. Not so in others, say Latin pop, where there are many dynamic singers to pick from. After you read my list, feel free to register your own votes if you don't agree!
