Johnny Rivera - Vivo Por Ti - May 8 For Puerto Rican salsa fans, Johnny Rivera's return after a hiatus comes as good news. Vivo Por Ti is his ninth album and if you haven't heard "Dicen", the single from the album, here's your chance at a preview:
Listen to "Dicen"
Poncho Sanchez - Raise Your Hand - May 22 As one of the great conga players of our time, Poncho Sanchez played with Cal Tjader's band until Tjader's death. His albums are often surprising, running the gamut of Latin styles, although he's most known for his jazz offerings. His last album, Do It! was full of funk. The new one will probably surprise us.
Arturo Sandoval - Rumba Palace - May 22 Arturo Sandoval is probably the most internationally famous Cuban trumpeter. As a co-founder of Irakere (with Paquite D'Rivera and Chucho Valdez) and protege of Dizzy Gillespie, his love of jazz has taken him all over the world. He's recently opened The Arturo Sandoval Jazz Club in Miami Beach.

Larry Harlow - Larry Harlow & the Legends of Fania - May 15 Larry Harlow was the pianist for the original Fania All Stars; he wrote the Latin opera Hommy and produced over 230 albums for Fania.
Larry Harlow & the Legends of Fania is a DVD of their 40th anniversary reunion concert. It features Bobby Sanabria on drums, Yomo Toro playing cuatro and Adalberto Santiago singing his heart out. This looks like a collector's item to me.
Luny Tunes & Tainy- Los Benjamins: La Continuacion - May 15
If you love reggaeton, then you've probably already heard Los Benjamins, the collection of songs performed by the big names of the genre. The continuation album should have more songs by your favorites.
If you want to get a taste of Los Benjamins, watch the video of Noche de Entierro from the original Los Benjamins album.
