Shakira Releases First Single From New Album

Colombian pop diva Shakira has just released the first single from her new album, currently scheduled for release September 25th, 2009.

The single is called "La Loba Ataca De Nuevo" or simply "Loba." Although the album will be a mix of both English and Spanish, Shakira decided to release the Spanish-language single first as a tribute to the fans that first embraced her music and helped her rise to super-stardom. The English-language version of the song, entitled "She-Wolf" should be out in a couple of weeks.

In the meantime, for fans that have been waiting for a new album since 2005's platinum Oral Fixation Vols. 1 & 2, here's a preview of what's in store for later this year.
