Los Amigos Invisibles 2009 Tour Schedule

Monday July 13, 2009
In support of their sixth studio album Commercial, Venezuelan New York-based Los Amigos Invisibles are setting off on a North American tour through October 15, 2009.

Los Amigos Invisibles mix Latin rhythms with funk, electronica and a lounge music sensibility. In effect, it's rethought-out disco with a high-tech bend. The group’s lead guitarist and songwriter, Jose Luis Pardo, says that the group loves to tour because it’s a great way to get audience reaction to different kinds of songs. “As soon as we think a song is ready to be played, we let it loose.” Says Pardo.

This means that concert fans will not only get to hear the songs they love from Commercial and their previous hit album Superpop Venenzuela, but can expect to hear new and upcoming tracks.

Here are future dates and cities where you can hear Los Amigos Invisibles live.

  • Aug. 5: Anaheim, CA – House of Blues
  • Aug. 6: San Diego, CA – House of Blues
  • Aug. 7: Los Angeles, CA – House of Blues
  • Aug. 8: San Francisco, CA – The Fillmore
  • Oct. 2: Austin, TX – Austin City Limits Festival
  • Oct. 15: Black Mountain, NC – Lake Eden Arts Fest
