Premio Lo Nuestro is probably the first awards show lately where Juan Luis Guerra didn't walk away with most of the awards, but he was definitely a favorite, winning the award for 'Male Artist of the Year'. He also performed on the winning 'Song of the Year' with Mexican rock band Mana. That song was "Bendita Tu Luz" from Mana's Amar Es Combatir.
