By

Winter's on its way out, summer's coming and the hills will be alive with the sound of Latin music (okay, only for outdoor venues, unless the sound system is really loud!).

2. Kumbia AllStarz

The controversy-steeped but ever popular Kumbia All Starz will be appearing this month; word was that they were on tour, but they've been cancelling dates, so let's just focus on the June date still scheduled.
